Course Placement

Private Sessions - We generally follow a course outline, but the content of each lesson and the speed we set to move through the content depends on the student's prior experience, commitment to practicing, and other factors.

Private Group Sessions - These consist of family and friends, and it is assumed all participants will start at the same time. Go here for more information on Private Groups.
